We're seeking student leaders from all academic majors, people from a diverse range of perspectives and backgrounds. An interest in financial services is essential, along with the following:

• Full-time enrollment as an undergraduate student in a four-year college
• Completion of at least 90 semester hours or the equivalent
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• Ability to work legally in the United States at a location where the Fellowship is offered
• MetLife and New England Financial do not provide Visa sponsorship for sales-related positions
• Desire to help people in your community
